Dr. Thorsten Polleit

Dr. Thorsten Polleit is an honorary professor of economics at the University of Bayreuth, specializing in monetary and capital market theory as well as epistemology. He is the editor of Dr. Polleit's BOOM & BUST REPORT (www.boombustreport.com). Dr. Polleit worked for 15 years as an economist in international investment banking and 10 years in the international precious metals trading business. He is also President of the Ludwig von Mises Institute Germany and Adjunct Scholar of the Ludwig von Mises Institute, Auburn, US Alabama. He is the author of numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and books.
