Tucano Gold Inc.
Tucano Gold Inc, a company registered in Canada, has acquired 100% of the shares of Mina Tucano Ltda and Tucano Resources Mineração Ltda in October 2023. Mina Tucano is an open pit gold mining operation in the state of Amapá in Brazil, fully equipped with a state of the art 3.5 Mtpa CIL plant and has produced over 1.5 million ounces since it was opened in 2005. Production restart is planned for Q4 2023 with a medium-term production target of 100,000 oz Au p.a. Tucano Gold is currently private and plans to go public in 2024.

Pilar Gold Inc.
Pilar Gold Inc acquired its flagship PGDM operation in April 2021, which includes three underground gold mines, one open pit project in development stage and a 4,500 tpd modern processing facility along with significant associated infrastructure, located in Goiás, Brazil. PGDM uses a “hub and spoke” strategy with satellite mines in the Goiás region through which it plans to achieve aggressive production growth over the near term. It is currently producing gold from two underground mines in Goias, with near term plans to begin production at the high-grade Sertão mine (expected grade of 15-20g/t Au).

Laiva Gold Inc.
Laiva Gold Inc owns the Laiva gold mine in Western Finland. The company was formed in early 2023 following its spin out from Pilar Gold Inc. The Laiva Mine is an open pit operation located near the town of Raahe in Finland, fully equipped with state of the art infrastructure including the largest gold plant in Europe (6,000 tpd) and a sizeable proven resource. It has a medium term production forecast of 80k Oz p.a. Management plans to begin gold production in early 2024 with a public listing targeted for Q2 2024.
